Exciting for HC to get to play JB again. Much respect for that program! And not much success against you in recent years.

But it's playoff time in Tennessee & this week the teams will both come in at 8-2. HC comes in on a 3 game upswing after being thoroughly defeated by Wayne Co & Huntingdon in back to back weeks. JB comes in off a narrow-margin, last minute loss to Monteray with only one heavy loss on the season coming at the hands of Nashville Christian.

Initial thoughts?

This should be a classic. I know first hand that this is one team that Coach Clark would like to win against, he's always looked up to the coaching staff there. He has also never won in "The Dungeon" he came close in 2012 but that doesn't matter now. These two teams played back in the spring and it was a real close game but a lot has changed since way back when. There will be revved up engines and pork sandwiches, it's playoff time in Tennessee!!!

Regardless of "horse's" opinion this game is 10x more excited than Nashville Christian vs. CA or Wayne vs. Monterey. Neither of those two games will be close to a ballgame. Jo Byrns and HC will be a battle. Either team has a chance for the win . Horse is just pissed cause Huntingdon lost to Wayne co. After talking up that beat down they were gonna deliver all year. However, no worries horse, you've got "injuries" to blame Huntingdon's loss to Wayne on. Cause they would have never stood a chance with 44 and 11 playing..... Yea right. Give me a break. Humble yourself. HC has just as much of a chance going to round 2 as Huntingdon does at this point and I'd say that's a pretty good chance so give HC credit and quit hatin* Take that how you will. • I extend my gratitude to ManCoverage for initiating this discussion thread tailored to the residents of Trousdale County. In times of adversity within our football team, it is imperative to have an outlet for expression, and what better platform than CoachT's Craigslist forum? I respectfully request that GOAT exercise discretion in his commentary, as his remarks have caused me personal distress.
    • I am inclined to wager a substantial portion of my financial assets on the likelihood that Waggoner shall transition to an alternative coaching vocation prior to the year 2028. It is my contention that discerning individuals are beginning to perceive his coaching prowess as lacking in the requisite excellence. Allow me to articulate the following assertion: Waggoner represents a markedly superior choice compared to the individual who perpetrated the act of fuel theft.   This individual exhibits a conspicuous propensity for frequent professional transitions, a trait which undermines his credibility and renders him an untenable choice for serious consideration. It is indeed confounding that his candidacy continues to garner attention and support.
    • Yeah same   It’s definitely true that tough times make tough kids, but some kids just have a big passion for the game and will become the best of the best no matter where they come from.
