my reply about the player getting hurt was about the injured player and nothing to do with the game between RCHS and FHS. My ouch that hurts comment was about #11 Noel Patterson and Rhea's chances next week without him. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Two teams... Cleveland and Walker Valley. Check them points, chief. Also, Rhea County has made several adjustments since we played Ooltewah.

Just now getting to post but WOW, great game. Congrats to Farragut on a fine season, there is no quit in those Admirals. I can see why you guys won 10 games, #1 is as tough as they come, #47 is hard to handle on defense and that one handed catch (I think #6 or #4) on Farragut's last drive was amazing. Talked to some Farragut fans and they were nice folks.

All that being said, Rhea made enough mistakes for several playoff games, a couple of bad turnovers, lots of penalties (not just Sharp), unable to get any points on that drive just before halftime and the missed extra point all led to un-necessary drama at the end, however the Eagles got it done when it mattered. Farragut had all the momentum when they tied it up at 34, but the Eagles responded with an epic drive to go up 40-34 and then Tyler Pendleton comes up big again with that awesome pick to seal the deal.

Not having Patterson and Sharp will be significant Friday against Ooltewah but fortunately we have an excellent staff that will put together the best possible game plan to beat the Owls.

GO EAGLES!!!!
