The 6 way scrimmage at Bradley was real good. Seen several teams that has potential to make some noise this year.

Did they get much work in with 6 teams involved?

Yes ma'am. All teams had a 10 play scrimmage like most others I've been reading bout. 5 scrimmages each except Bradley. Played both on the practice field and playing field. After the scrimmages got over with, teams performed the rest of the day starting inside the red zone and goal line practices.

During the regular scrimmages, if you scored, you got to play offense again for several more downs. It's a success every year at this 6 way. Just wished we would schedule more teams that actually runs the same offenses that we see each week. That's the down fall. Outside of Soddy Daisy, the teams doesn't run the spread or pass much. Run heavy offenses

WB's offense looks really efficient, and the defense looks much improved too. I look forward to seeing how the Govs look against Cleveland and OR.

I'm looking forward to going to Farragut in couple weeks. This should be a physical challenge for Bradley. I'll most likely be at that 3 way Friday. Less we make a Uturn and go to Maryville lol

Why would you go to a Maryville scrimmage? Do you want to get bored to tears?

Lol, Maryville is just fun to watch. If Bradley or Cleveland isn't in the playoffs, we follow Maryville where ever they go or play. Well coached program.

My point is when you go to a Maryville game you know how it is going to go months in advance. They are going to win by atleast 4 touchdowns and it will probably be a running clock in the second half. That is extremely boring in my opinion. Edited by Governors91

    • I believe that was last year. I was interested in the Jones vs Baker comment, so I went back and looked at GC. I am not a fan of either nor am I a baseball guru. This looks like to me the duel was not close and if the errors would not have been made Eagleville would have won. I assume you are a little biased. I do think your mph for Jeffcoat and Baker must be from last year.  Baker-85 pitches 67 strikes. 5.2 innings, 5H, 1BB, 0ER and 7K's. 3 errors  Jones- 78 pitches 37 strikes. 4 innings, 2H, 5BB, 0ER and 1K. 1 error   Adams and the UH kid are really good as well. What about South Pitt and Oakdale? I heard they have some good ones.
    • I hate this for all the kids in the program and fans alike. I can't recall of anything like this before in my lifetime but I'm sure it isn't a first. After criminal investigations are complete and the TSSAA looks into this the program it will be facing Nuclear Winter for some time to come. It's always the innocent left behind that end up paying the price for something someone else has done. I'm sure the transfer portal will be very active in Clinton over the summer months. How could you find a good coach worth his salt that would take on a situation like this not knowing what will happen.
    • I’ve seen Jeffcoat in person twice and he was 84-87 both times and the one time I saw Baker he was low 80’s, he actually got out dueled by Jones from ER in that outing.
    • Pirate fans, thread is up on the baseball message board.
