devilsden
Got a question for those in the know in this region. How did Henry Co. loose so many students that they will probably be played in 4A for the next few years? There enrollment shows 995 (I think) and they have been a 5A team for years. That isn't our final enrollment number. 995 is what we have in grades 10-12. The freshmen are at another school. They will be added to the total, which usually puts us at around 1300 students. Henry Co will still be 5A.
devilsden
OK, thanks. Not from around those parts so I didn't have a clue. Wonder where John Wayne, I mean PILGRUM, has been the last few weeks with his predictions for Friday region games. Don't think his team is gonna make his predicted recor, think he said 7-3 for this year. Maybe he meant 7 looses and 3 wins. Oh well, there's always next year. Not a lot of celebrating going on with my Wildcats. We’re not quit ready to throw in the towel just yet, but next year is looking better each week. There doesn’t seem to be as much positive chatter or interest in Region 7 this year. But I’m sure it will pick up as we head towards the playoffs. devilsden
Sorry for the spelling, meant Pilgrim. Hey my Devils lost for like the 2nd or 3rd time to Gibbs in 50 years, so things here in the Crossroads are not good either.
