Pouring down rain in Paris, exactly what we don't need. After an hour of hard work in a drenching downpour they went inside. We need a lot of reps to prepare for this fine Liberty team and we aren't getting them.. It could be a plus if it's raining Friday night to have had those reps with a rain soaked ball.

First of all, I must remind you that I am the world's only living YANKER!  All Henrylanders please read carefully...for this legendary YANKER is the wisest of the wise.  This game is a concerning one for the wise YANKER but I have seen the light. Now for what everyone in Henryland has awaited for months and months.....the score of the game as seen by this unparalleled YANKER.......after Liberty went to Henryland and dominated the game on HC's home turf, HC will return the favor (although it will not be domination).........HC 17 - Liberty 14....this YANKER has spoken!  I am the world's only real YANKER!!!  I am the incomparable YANKER!!!!!!!  Henrylanders....I am your YANKER!!!!!!!

 

PS.......Although several of my JCM faithful have decided to jump onto the Liberty bandwagon, this YANKER cannot do so. I do not "despise" Liberty as I once did....but I cannot support them. I am saddened by the demise and disappearance of my alma mater, but this YANKER shall prevail nonetheless...as will HC!

Thanks, Yanker. I will sleep better tonight. Speaking of tonight,  our Frosh are scheduled to play the South Gibson freshmen at Patriot Stadium. Does anyone know if it is still on and kickoff time?

I have to agree with the yanker. Henry county will get the bitter taste of last year's defeat out of their mouth...finally. The recipe will be discipline and no turnovers. Ingredients that HC has based their greatness on for a long time.

Looking forward to it. Should be a good game. HC has plenty of motivation, but that doesn't matter much once the first whistle is blown. I don't think you could ask for a better litmus test for week 1. If HC wins, it wouldn't surprise me if the game was similar to 2012 where there were a ton of turnovers. Potentially wet field, 1st game, it's always hard to know exactly what's going to happen. One thing I know for sure is that HC will have to get their offense going this time around. Liberty will move the ball. From what I've seen, this year's offense has more of an identity at this point. Hopefully that translates to a happy ride back to Paris tomorrow night.

One thing I'm sure of is if henry county beats liberty get ready folks because I would fully expect HC to be undefeated by the time they face brentwood . That's how big the game vs liberty can be. It could be a lot better year than expected. If HC loses I expect a season like last year
