Don't let the score fool you we are not a good football team 4 or 5 missed pats zero and I mean zero passing game. It will be a long season for the Eagles.

 

You must have been watching a very different game than me.   You don't get passing yards when you  only really try to pass on what 1 play.   Yes missed extra points will be a factor in a close game.  Other than that this team looked better in this game than they looked against Central last year.

Been watching this team long? Those missed pats were a fluke. That trio clicks together. Just one of those nights. They subbed a kicker and he got the job done. You won't see that happen again.

 

Turnovers have been an issue - this week, last week. Gonna have to figure that out quick.

 

If you have kept up with the team this year you would know they are leaning heavily on a ground game.

 

Your comments sound like a kid who didn't make the cut, double beagle. Stay at home next Friday. Road trip to White County isn't for wusses.

Agreed this offense isn't exactly known its aerial attack. If we throw it more than 10 times that is highly unusual. Like you said there is more emphasis on the ground game considering we are starting a sophomore QB and don't have a deep threat like Noel.

 

Yes we have to fix the turnover issue and fast.

 

As for the kickers. We have been blessed to have had such a great run of kickers and punters over the last decade. This year's kickers and punters are young so give them sometime to develop.

      We could sure use some math teachers country wide. Ever go into a store or restaurant and the bill comes to $9.97 and you give them a ten dollar bill and 2 pennies because you wanted a nickle back and then the meltdown starts and the next thing two more people have to come and help figure it out and the place comes to a complete halt. I see this everyday and it's a sad representation of all these schools allowing these kids out the door to get shortchanged the rest of their life.

      Stars, I heard we were searching far and wide for some math teachers. Any chance their kids bench press or 40 times are getting checked? LOL I’ve heard good things from 825.

      I think it was expected. “Bad” luck I guess to get a couple difference maker QBs in the same class. I thought the decision was made a little early myself, but they were struggling offensively last year.  I assume the running quarterback alco had last year would be a senior this fall, and the transfer would start the following two years in addition to getting a ton of playing time this year. Maybe he waits two yrs, but I doubt it. The kid is good. So is the one who stayed.

      I'm from Cloudland and we've never played a sectional game.  We need to win tomorrow night to avoid that bus ride.  Us and north greene can play with you guys so I'm expecting good games whoever the matchup is.
