Stratford loaded the box and just demolished the Tigers line all night. Had enough athletes to guard the receivers longer than the line could block.

Should have no excuses. Stratford matched up with us better than any team will until the playoffs. Questionable no-call was the difference in the game. We didn't play well enough to win.

Stratford won that game. But like you said, there won't be another team that can perfect that strategy on defense against Marshall County for some time in my opinion.

 

No call was frustrating because they let it happen on 2 key plays that allowed Stratford to tie the game then keep a drive going to milk the clock, but Stratford was just the better team tonight.

Perhaps Maplewood can employ Stratford's strategy and make the game against Marshall County as competitive this year as it was last year.

Come to find out it was a good no call. It's not a penalty in high school football. Atleast not in Tennessee. Hats off to Stratford and good luck the rest of the way.
