Hearing a different tone coming out of the Lions Den, A few of the players got caught up in "THE STAT" line and lost some focus. They have made some adjustments in alignments...Waverly may win this game...But they will know they have been in a battle. SH will be a lot different team from here on out. Passing Teams WILL PAY a BIG PRICE. They will be locked down on defense from here on out...If Offense finds their Rythem back..Look for the Lions to make a serious run in the playoffs...My personal Opinion is if teams beat us here on out it will have to be on the outside. We shall see. Coming in to season I said we would struggle against Passing Teams because we are young....That has changed and Don't believe They will struggle on Pass D any Further...Sometimes a good ol butt whooping is the best thing could happen to a team. Especially a young one...BUILDS Character....Seen in happen in the Spring last year...KEEP AN EYE ON THE LIONS...They are about to ROAR!!! Going to BE FUN TO WATCH....I said at the start of year that (3) teams would give us a fit. WC,Riverside and Waverly....Been Right So far....I think we match up against Waverly pretty well after watching film...may be wrong...but look for the Lions to start a RUN Friday night..They will be READY IMO....I look for #4 , #5, #6 & #14 to have HUGE NIGHTS here on out!!

You will be playing a team that you haven't faced this year. Waverly hits HARD my man!!!!! SH is going to be shocked at how good the Waverly defence is and we got running backs that run north and south not east to west. So look for some pad popping this Friday. I'm not calling out any numbers from Waverly I will you SH fans find out. I have nothing but respect for you guys and all of the other teams - a few lewis county fans on coach T talking silly earlier in the yr. We havent hit all cylinders yet but we are getting there.

Look for Waverly to make a statement Friday!!!

the more I think about it the more I think Scotts hill is going to win. No disrespect to waverly but think it will b very close, emotional game w the lions getting a key turnover late n the game 35-28

I still think Waverly is going to be to much. I'm still amazed that SH lost to Riverside

Riverside has beaten them over 90% of the time since they began their football program - I don't know exactly how many years.... more than 6 and less than 10.  Hat's off to SH on building a fine program in such a few short years. I still think Waverly will take care of business with their senior laden defense this week.

IMO of this game based on weather conditions. This will come down to a running game. Scott's Hill has a very good running game and so does Waverly . Going to go with THE  LIONS in a slobber Knocker....24-20.....Turnovers will be key...
