Lionss4life
What has happened to them? They took A-ville to the wire earlier in the season but now have lost several in a row. Injuries? Bad luck?
Kyle1990
Injuries, lack of enthusiasm from coaching staff, young QB, penalties are killin them week after week, repetitive play calling. They have the ability to be a great team but when the coaches and fans give up on them it hurts.
ItsAlwaysSunnyInAtwood
McKenzie was the 3rd most talented team we played this year. I know that sounds like a sleight but Dresden and UC are tough. I would never have expected this from the Rebs they had huge upside from what I saw
ItsAlwaysSunnyInAtwood
Also Comers teams almost always get better as the season goes
Lacesout
If waverly beats riverside and th rest of th season plays out th way it looks then waverly should have McKenzie first round
Intense
I think McKenzie could still be dangerous. There's a lot of talent on that team.
Kyle1990
All it takes is a spark to start a fire. I will never give up on our guys.
Guest hevyrevy1611
All it takes is a spark to start a fire. I will never give up on our guys. You never know where that spark will come from. That one team (App State?) was beating Tenn in first game. Then.. Vols changed all of a sudden. What happened? A young third-stringer got in the face of all the starters on sideline yelling at them .. YOU PROMISED! YOU PROMISED US THIS WOULDN'T HAPPEN! YOU PROMISED!.. that was the spark. At Dresden, don't recall who, but a player had a great pep talk at halftime to teammates, DON'T LET UP! was his theme. Years later Lions still chant D! L! U! .. Fires up team to this day. (First time I heard that I honestly thought it was We Love You. Hehe. I thought, How endearing the crowd saying that!.. I hollered We Love You with everyone. Ha. A neighbor heard me & said it's D L U. Told me story. Haha. But I luv our Lions too!). Good luck to Rebels. Try to fan that spark. And be the spark too. It can still be done. Never give in. Give up. Or give out. Just give it your all!
Lionss4life
Thx Kyle. When the coaches give up on you that's not good. Fans can give up all day but, when it's the coaches, then that's a recipe for disaster.
BigEdMo
All it takes is a spark to start a fire. I will never give up on our guys. Kyle last year we were 0-4 and we had hardly anyone at the next game at home. That 5th game against Halls we started off 7-0 Halls. Everyone thought here we go. And that was with Goldsmith at QB. It took an interception by a freshman and the spark happened. So hang in there. That spark is smoldering in a kid that no one is expecting. footballover
Talent just isnt there. Robinson is a good back but not enough help around him. QB has a big arm but lacks accuracy. Offensive and defensive lines are very average and have given up big play after big play. Talent comes and goes. Rough stretch for Rebels right now
ccsports2016
If the rebels happened to lose to halls which is very possible that would put it in a 3 way tie and it would be tough on who got the last seed
