That's true. We are wide open spread. We don't have a lot of experience, but we are full of talent on the outside. I'm looking forward to seeing how our defense stacks up against Beech's rushing attack. We haven't faced a physical group like Beech yet, but I know our boys will be up to the challenge. Hope both teams stay healthy! CAN"T WAIT FOR HS FOOTBALL!!

Heard the Beech freshmen beat WC in a close one.

Beech lead 21-0 at halftime and held on for the win 21-13. Good performance by the Beech D forcing 4 or 5 turnovers. Dunlap went for 166 with much of that coming in the first half. Thought Beech got way too predictable in the second half and a little sloppy with some silly penalties on offense. WC has a nice team and their defense really stiffened in the second half. Lots of work for the Bucs to do to get ready for a big 5A showdown next week against Henry Co at APSU.

As much as I despise Beech from a rivalry perspective, I'm glad the other team in this matchup tasted defeat, and the new Wilson Central troll can lay down.
