DA BAAD NEWS BEARZ RIPPING OFF HELMETS, TARGETING ,CHEAPSHOTS, UNSPORSTMANLIKE CONDUCT, SIDELINE WARNINGS, DELAYED DA GAME BY CUTTING OFF DA LIGHTS:lol: AND GOT THE W? WOW!!

Let's see, 29 penalties in all, and they were split evenly between the two teams. BTW PA that is a dyed in the wool rivalry game, not the little thing you call a rivalry. And to tbh, while there were a lot called, I didn't see many blatant physical over the top fouls. Most were aggressive normal play between our teams.

I have not seen the lights go out like that in over 40 years of home games.

 sheesshhhh

It's the truth. We played a great second half,  but Bradley was the better team tonight

Cleveland showed a lot of improvement over last year. I knew they were better but hard to tell against Catholic how much better. Told someone over the week that the OL of Cleveland would want to prove something, after last years debacle.

Skill players, Jones, Elder and Cawood were very good, as I expected. Defense was way better than what we saw against Ooltewah. :)

Cleveland has a great chance for an exceptional season as does Bradley and maybe a rematch in the playoffs :)

I'm hoping for that rematch, I think it's possible. Cleveland will have to beat Ootlewah and win a road play off game. Hopefully the lights stay on if we get a rematch at the Bear's den.:D

Proud of the Bears for holding on. Lots of work to do. Discipline will be the key as to how far these Bears go. Good job by the OC playing power football. Bears usually run the ball really well and don't have to do the cute stuff. Kept it simple last night and scored 27. Should have 42+

Good luck to both teams the rest of the way and to our friends on the north end of the county as well.

Time to kill the thread buddy. This game is over. Don't let it linger around on boring talk like certain fans do on other teams. Good luck PA.

    • Dyersburg is going to be good, really good. As mentioned, they have a lot of talent on the way and the trio of Chelby, Joya, and KayKay will only be better with a full season together under their belt. To me, playing in Murfreesboro two consecutive postseasons will only serve to make them more dangerous if/when they stand among the final eight teams this March. Experience, good or bad, always makes you better. And not only do they have experience, they know how to win there. Schedules are coming together for all of the teams and I am excited about what I am seeing on the preliminary drafts on Dyersburg’s schedule. I know I am being a tease, but it’s simply not my place to announce what another school is doing. With that said, I won’t go into specifics. However, I am excited about renewed home and away contracts for the non-district portion of the calendar. I think west Tennessee will have a lot of interest as well.
    • What does everyone have in the final 8? In no particular order. 1. Eagleville 2. Gordonsville 3. Greenback 4. Oakdale 5. South Pitt/ East Robertson-- not sure 6. Richland 7. Halls 8. Union City
    • They struggled to field a team last year. I don’t see them being much better?
    • sx good two know thay didun't waint that entarr citty two see yeller/red......
    • Couldn’t agree more.. Tate is a special kinda player , but fortunately for us we get a best of 3 series. I think our pitching is better than last year when we made the trip to west tn. Should be a fun 2 or 3 games.
