Our top receiver is 5th in the state in total yards receiving. He's also just a Junior.

You have perhaps the best QB in the mid state. He is going to bring anybodys level of play up. But, that's not to knock the kid at reciever either.

If we were talking about last year I would say hands down. This season I would say the Giles receivers are better.

No doubt MC receivers last year were better! All I can say is MC better hope they have a really good secondary. If not # 7 will pick them apart all night long!

If he has the time to throw it.  Our secondary is not near as good as last year. Our defensive line however, is just as good if not better than last season. Shelbyville threw for over 400 yards on us but rushed for -18 and got blown out. Passing alone won't beat MC.

You can throw the stats out in this rivalry game. Marshall County should win but Giles County will no doubt hurt them in the air. Overall, Marshall County's defense is not as good as last year. MC does have a very good kicker.
