Thats just it.  That group works well and feeds off each other.  No person is more important than the other.  Everyone has a job to do and they are expected to do it.  You dont get teams like they have had over their careers without lots of preparation.  They work hard do their jobs and blend it together for the good of the team egos are checked in the parking lot.  You come in fieldhouse you have a job to do.
