Ooltewah players have hudl too but I am interested in how many coaches sit with the kids and teach them how to watch film. Kids today will watch themselves play and make highlights but most will not sit and watch the other team they are getting ready to play in the next game.

The coaches study film on Sunday afternoon and then watch with the players on Monday.

I thought the Murvil defense had their best game of the year against Heritage....a couple of changes that I think was a big improvement.  If WB put over 300 yards of offense on BC, they are going to have a long night against the Murvil offense.

Not that it will matter Friday, but the biggest part of them yards came when backups was in.

I know BC is better than what they showed against WB, it is hard to get ready to play a team that is 0-8 and then to go up big early it is hard to maintain that edge....

A STUD RUNNING BACK LIKE SINCERE QUINN WILL GET  DA BEARZ THRU THE FIRST HALF AND MAYBE THE WHOLE GAME IF THEY DONT STEP ON HIS ANKLE. QUINN BOMBRUSHED THAT  DEFENSE. LETS SEE IF THEY CAN STOP TUCKER.

#GO BAAD NEWS BEARZ!!

Well buddy, I'll give ya credit on that one. You're right bout RB. That's one thing that has stopped Bradley from great on offense to excellent. We just don't have a Quinn or Jones with that talent and speed to help us out. That will be another reason we won't beat Maryville. In order to beat them or stay close, you have got to have a really good RB that can break away from them.

    • They will probably, struggle
    • Dyersburg is going to be good, really good. As mentioned, they have a lot of talent on the way and the trio of Chelby, Joya, and KayKay will only be better with a full season together under their belt. To me, playing in Murfreesboro two consecutive postseasons will only serve to make them more dangerous if/when they stand among the final eight teams this March. Experience, good or bad, always makes you better. And not only do they have experience, they know how to win there. Schedules are coming together for all of the teams and I am excited about what I am seeing on the preliminary drafts on Dyersburg’s schedule. I know I am being a tease, but it’s simply not my place to announce what another school is doing. With that said, I won’t go into specifics. However, I am excited about renewed home and away contracts for the non-district portion of the calendar. I think west Tennessee will have a lot of interest as well.
    • What does everyone have in the final 8? In no particular order. 1. Eagleville 2. Gordonsville 3. Greenback 4. Oakdale 5. South Pitt/ East Robertson-- not sure 6. Richland 7. Halls 8. Union City
    • They struggled to field a team last year. I don’t see them being much better?
