Halls blanked AC (9-0)

Halls pulls off a stunner against Powell (3-2), while AC crushed Clinton (13-3).

The two favorites (AC and Powell) square off in an elimination game today. Sad that one of these teams will be left out of the post-season. The winner will play Halls for the district title.

In district 4, William Blount and Farragut square off for the district title tonight (Farragut forced a game 2 last night). Region play will begin Monday. The WB/Farragut winner will host the Powell/AC vs. Halls loser, while the WB/Farragut loser will travel to the Powell/AC vs. Halls winner.

Powell eliminates AC (2-1) and downs Halls (4-1) to force a winner-take-all championship game.

Powell beat Halls in the District title game. Powell will host Farragut and William Blount will host Halls in the first round of the Region tournament.
