This is random and off topic. But am I the only person picking Stratford to upset camden in the first round? I got a pearl and Stratford second round match up.

Its possible but I'm taking Camden since it's at Camden. Atmosphere will be rocking. They like their football over there and it's a great place to watch a game.

What's crazy is I was just thinking the samething after I seen a few comments. I think Camden folks is judging Stratford by their record. If so they will be fooled. When they get of the bus I can imagine some of the parents faces how big they are.

Going to be an interesting match up for sure.

The Lions are pretty big themselves and well coached. They also dont make many mistakes and can move the ball and control the clock. When we played them our offense barely saw the field.

Well you guys seen them last year and it's mostly the same kids just bigger but I'll take your word

Yeah but I'll still be surprised if they go to Camden and win in a hostile environment. That's not a knock on Stratford. Camden is just a good football team. Way better than last year. It's a game that could go either way. I'm giving the edge to the home team in a very close one.

People dont realize how tough of a schedule Stratford had.

Camden has also played a pretty darn loaded schedule this year when you look at it closely.  They've played:

Huntingdon (10-0)

Riverside (9-1)

Lewis County (9-1)

Fairview (8-2)

Waverly (7-3)

Ok now give them Stratford schedule. What would be the difference? No knock to the other teams. Only seen fairview and Huntingdon

    • It is what it is. Sorry DFL.
    • One of the biggest loosing teams in Mid-State are the Macon County Tigerettes. I have noticed that the roster is smaller than in the years past. All the senior's have quit. We have a great group of Jr High players coming up. I sure hope they don't loose them, like they have lost so many others this year. With this young group of girls coming up, a weaker district, they should have no problem going to State.
    • It was updated this season, because I did it.  Linder is the school's all-time leading rusher at 5,156 yards with 2,436 of those coming in 2014.
    • Oh, I’m sure you did. Maybe you heard just a rumor, but considering we have a football practice field and a soccer field that’s frequently used for lacrosse games and practices, I highly doubt it. Let me change that. I know for a fact that didn’t happen.   Glad you finally stopped attacking a bunch of high school students, but still obsessed with the coaching staff for some unknown reason, even though you could name more than three (at most) coaches without looking it up. But now come up with something else.
    • You really mean the Price twin boys and Lyin Larry.
