How about that. Lions got a bee under their bonnet on O and scored a TD. 21-9. .. And Chargers make some more big plays just like that. A few plays and they about to score again. ... 4th& goal and Westview scores. 28-9 .

Next series Dresden can't advance.. on punt the kicker's knee hits ground. Ball on 21 for Chargers. 2 plays later WV scores. 35-9 now. Well our Lions will be going through the feelings we usually give to others when we blow by them. I bet chargers run up score, and it not bad sportsmanship imo. WV has a lot of angst built up, they gonna go all out. Dresden is still trying. Playing hard. Ha. Makes me think of Lions putting up a 38-0 score on Stewart Co at half, who comes back & scores 38-0 in second half on us. We won on last second fieldgoal 41-38. ... It ain't over until final whistle. Keep going Lions no matter what the score!

Dresden was driving down field, their O clicking, then Chargers had great tackle & caused fumble on their own 30. .. A few plays later & another BIG pass... WV scores again. 42-9. Still 1:52 left to halftime.

Dresden comes out of half-time fired up & looking good. Then once into WV territory the Chargers stiffens up and holds Lions on a 4th & 5. Chargers ball... and they get (more) penalties, moving backwards. .. Now Lions sack QB but gets late hit penalty.. uhgg. It now 4th & 8yds to go. Good punt return. Our ball.

Snap gets thru Dresden QB's hands on 3rd down. Chargers put a big rush on 4th down, blocks punt, scoop & score, 49-9 Chargers ahead. Running clock I think.

Chargers once again hold Dresden on 4th down. New QB for WV. Running clock on Lions. It's a good night to be a Charger. May have been even more points for WV except for their first game jitters & tons of penalties. Lions can use this as a fire under their tails and be super motivated to improve & do better each practice & then in each game. When Chargers tighten up on penalties & be more disciplined, their opponents in 3A better watch out. Wouldn't it be great for Westview to go from "worst to first"? ....

 Lions trying to get another score on Chargers second stringers. Get into double digits. ... WV holds them. CONGRATULATIONS Chargers. Well done our worthy "big city" neighbors. And don't let this one game define you Lions. Learn all you can, & seek to improve each down. 49-9 Chargers won.

Matt McConnell will put and end to those mistakes in short fashion.  He made waverly look good. No telling what he will do with the talent I have seen at WV the last few years. Glad you  aint on Camdnes  schedule this year.  Tired of watching that offense ..you stop em you stop em you stop em...bang 80 yard td...if you turn the ball over he always seems to make you pay.  waverly looked like he was never there tonight
