Cland hosts Big gamers blue devils round 1

Been quiet. That's the way we like it. Pulled into the gym where my daughters practice and could hear grunts, pads popping, and coaches hollering.  It was cland practicing like they were facing the patriots! I can't remember cland practicing like this since 2005.

I miss going to the practices!I always loved watching the line drills,when i coached youth league i used those same drills (the ones not banned) our lines were always very good.I was telling a guy the other day lineman are a whole different breed than anyone else on the team.We get dirty every play and we hit someone EVERY play!!Man what a great game.

Thanks King because a lot of fans don’t feel that way and I can see why because we pull some great athletes from some of the county schools.Me and Milhorn was talking just the other day about if Cory Russell would have stayed at Cloudland he would have been nearly impossible for any team in 1a to stop.Cory kinda reminded me a a player you know all to well Mark Byrd.

Russell went to elizabethton on his own accord.  I'm having trouble making people understand that people want to go where they want to be.  Ask 91 landers how he feels about his boy's playing career being ruined by politics up here. Can't blame Cory's dad for putting him in a better environment. EHS is a dang good school.
