2020 Ticket purchase

I just sent off my check for my yearly parking pass and season tickets to watch my Yellow Jackets play this year. In the letter I received from the booster club it said that they didn’t know if tickets would be sold out of the ticket booths at the field this year due to covid restrictions. I know it’s a fluid situation and it changes day to day, just wondering how some other programs are going to sell tickets to visiting teams? I’m guessing some sort of on-line or app purchases. I know many of you, like myself, like to travel with your respective programs on away games. I’m just curious on how the ticket situation might be handled thiS year.

Such a good question. I know our County is talking about limiting attendance to a set number of fans and moving to a possible prepaid ticket. I see that definitely affecting the visiting team's opportunity to attend.  How do you tell those parents that they can't come to watch their kid play? How do you handle those that have traveled and showed up, not knowing, and are told at the gate they can't come in?  Hope security is stacked on Game Night!

If you have to tell a parent that it would be horrible. But as a parent I understand these are unparalleled times right now and would apply some degree of understanding. As far as away games at the gate. If my kid is playing I am going to take it upon myself to find out the policy at that away game and do everything I can to get a ticket. That’s all I can do. At the end of the day I would find some satisfaction in the fact that at least my kid was getting to play.

This does not tell what the plan is. Only what they are doing in regards to season ticket sales.
