Such a good question. I know our County is talking about limiting attendance to a set number of fans and moving to a possible prepaid ticket. I see that definitely affecting the visiting team's opportunity to attend. How do you tell those parents that they can't come to watch their kid play? How do you handle those that have traveled and showed up, not knowing, and are told at the gate they can't come in? Hope security is stacked on Game Night!

First Metro, now Montgomery Co....which teams are now back out there looking for Week 1 and Week 2 games again?

Don't Sleep on them Cheatham boys! They lost a really good QB, but I'm sure their coaching staff and their system will have them right back in the hunt. They should be right in the mix for that #2 spot. I see the 2, 3 and 4 spots being really close though. Based on roster size, it will be hard for Harpeth to compete over 4 Qtrs of football, but they may surprise a team or two. They surprised me at Jamboree. They will be tough and have heart, but the gas tank will empty after half time I'm afraid. Sycamore is like a box of chocolates...Ya never know what your gonna get, lol.

Agree. Pretty boring this season. Wonder why that is? Sycamore goes to Creekwood. Camden at Westview. Stewart and East Hickman. Here ya go Swarm...does Fairview give up a Region point this season?

Halfway point! Week 10 between Fairview and Cheatham could be for all the marbles, but Cheatham CANNOT sleep on the Camden match-up. They have to go to Camden and find a way to win up there 1st. They cant be caught looking ahead and play like they did the 1st 4 weeks, when they play the Lions. Harpeth/Sycamore, Sycamore/Camden, Sycamore/Harpeth...both Harpeth and Sycamore still having to play Fairview...lots of games coming up that will determine whos on the outside looking in. Gonna be interesting!

I'm going....everyone in the Region wins this Friday, except Harpeth.

It's game week!!!

Anything from last nights Jamboree games stand out to y'all? Read that Hillsboro's #9 gashed Pearl pretty good. Apparently Harpeth QB left game hurt. Cheatham took a punch in the mouth. How did Sycamore do up in the Clarksville area Jamboree?

Their line is suppose to be where its at this year; big strong kids. Should be solid. Gotta think that losing key skill players will hurt a little, probably gonna be hard to get anything done up front on them.

Still a lot left to play, but who does everyone see as front runners for end of year region awards? Which ones are solidified already and which one will be determined by how far the player goes in, or effects playoff results? Does outstanding play get hurt by a teams dismal season? Thoughts?
