Walker Valley at West

Seriously dont know much about Walker Valley other than their offense puts up points and based on yesterday are a ball hawking defense. Would love to know more from a WV fan.

West needs to bring it on Friday and protect the ball. Hopefully our guys are over Covid and continue marching to Cookeville.

WV is a well coached, senior laden team that has an explosive offense and hard hitting, ball hawking defense. They have speed at the skill positions too. They definitely respect West, and know they will have to bring their A game to have a chance.

WV reminds me a lot of Anderson County. Great offense, hard nosed physical defense. I think West should win by a couple scores at least. Powell left multiple scores on the field.

I’m leaning WV in this one. They have the better coaching staff. CDA might be the best coach in the state. Innovative! They just dismantled who I believed to be the overall best team in Region 3-5A. Predictions will come later in the week.

I was referring to my predictions of West winning big and Rhea dragging my Falcons. Rhea didn’t quite do that but they just aren’t overwhelming in my opinion. I missed the Pal/WV game. I would bet most missed it.

You've over-valued Pal all year.  You picked them over West and WV and I think OR Too, but i'm too lazy to go double check.  Now because they WV beat Pal, you're choosing WV.  I have to say that seems like a bad pick too.  But whatever, at least we have something to talk about and football is still going.

Far from a Powell fan gut but I really did think they were the overall best team in the Region. Even with losses to OR and West. Just my opinion...

34-14 West. I look for the running game to take over this one and play great defense as usual home field advantage is a plus.
