How about them Cookeville girls? They've got some talent out there. Freshman and Varsity!!! Anyone caught any of the games?

I have been to a few of the games they have alot of talent on the team.

Are you talking about the freshman or varsity. I hope you were not talking about the terrible varsity girls basketball team that they have in White Co. They have had some interesting games in the past years, like scoring 14 points TOTAL for the game. Lot of talent there. SIKE!

You are right. Cookeville did lose that point guard( Jasmin Payne sp). She transfered to a Nashville private school and is on the disabled list. She blew-out a knee about three or four weeks ago. A very quick kid. That leaves Copeland and Leatherwood as the outside (go-to) players, and Mckinney to box-out.

You are wrong. These girls won't win the district, but I'm positive that they will be in the regional tourney.

This is a much better White Co. girls team than the past 2 or 3 years. The game tonight{Tues.} will be a VERY close one. GO WARRIORETTES!!!
