Week 5 Region 7 5A games

Last week was not very good for the district after going 2-4  in 6 different non region games. This week they step back into district action with 3 teams that’s 1-0 going against 3 that are 0-1. I believe HC rolls over NW but the other 2 games will be big for playoff seeding. 
 

1-3 (1-0) Henry Co @ 1-3 (0-1) NW 

Prediction: 49-6 HC

 

2-2 (0-1) Kenwood @ 3-1 (1-0) Spfd 

Prediction: 34-13 Spfd

 

1-3 (0-1) NE @ 2-2 (1-0) Portland 

Prediction: 31-30 Portland

I like that prediction! Last week was a tough loss for us. We should have beaten WH, but that's why they play the game on the field. No shoulda, woulda, couldas, just play for the true outcome.

This game was hard to pick. I could actually see it go either way. NE, if healthy, has a pretty decent passing game and a decent RB. I saw highlights of your game with WH and Portland has some weapons with speed. I expect both teams to give it their all bc this is a big region matchup between 2 potential playoff teams.

I wish I could have. Unfortunately I have to listen to the games on radio this season. (Working Friday nights suck during football season!)
