Region quarterfinal matchups are set. Who wins?

Station Camp at Green Hill - I’ll take Green Hill

Cookeville at Beech - I think this will be a great game. I’ll go Beech close

Wilson Central At Hendersonville - Wilson Central surprisingly has two wins over Hendersonville this season so I guess it wouldn’t really be much of an upset but I’ll take Hendersonville at home. 

Gallatin at Lebanon - should come down to the wire and could go either way but I’ll go with my heart. Lebanon

Cookevile doesn’t use a bus but we are used to traveling.  At least there isn’t a time zone change in this district!     From what I am hearing Cookeville is loaded and ready for this season.

They actually hit 1 the second half.    But your point remains.    I think its a little harsh to call them a 1 trick pony.  They only hit 8 threes against Lebanon.  6 were in the second half

I think any of Green Hill, Cookeville, or Lebanon could win the district.    Green Hill has good wins over Beech and Blackman in non-league and already a home win over Cookeville.   C

      Now that wouldn’t surprise me a bit. That has been going on heavily since the days of Larry Kerr @ AC. One of the major reasons CC has never really had much at all, barring about 2 seasons in football. AC milks it dry.

      Interesting how quite it is. Rumors are going around that Anderson County is being looked at by TSSAA for recruiting violations with the Campbell County transfers.

      I heard from a member of the teaching staff that there has been a dispute over use of the game field between football, and girls lacrosse team. Girls had a game and wanted to warm up and football coaches did want to leave. The football coaches came down hard with some bad vulgar language and the girls lacrosse backed down. What a classy act BHS athletics has become.

      The lawsuit requests a jury trial. Sable Winfree has extremely competent legal representation. FYI - her lawyer represented the Warren County school system for years, and I believe he knows what constitutes a reasonable lawsuit.
