I DO NOT THINK THIS IS RIGHT. someone else weigh in. top and bottom bracket ive never heard before. odd region odd year. equal seeds the odd region would host in an odd year

You are correct.  Both #2 seeds so odd year odd region hosts.  Probably won't matter as I don't see Riverside losing.
