It is surprising to me that a credible replacement hasn't been found yet. They have a good program and from what I saw a few years ago a nice facility. With the community in good shape a coach could come in there and start off pretty good don't ya think? There should be some pretty good prospects around the Chattanooga area who want to step up in classification or are they waiting for the championships are over and try to get the big dog in Rankin? Just a thought.

There is a man at sweetwater who can do the job, and he lives in the county, when he came to sw. they could not make the playoffs, this year they went 13-1, someone in the booster club should call him, I will not give his #, but if anyone cares they can work at it and find him.

Whoever takes the job at McMinn County, whether it be head coach moving or a assistant moving up to be a head coach, will take a significant pay cut. McMinn County does not pay a comparitive amount compared to Chattanooga area schools. The only reason Coach Mullinax didn't leave for more money is that he loved the school and the community. To find someone with his ability and work ethic for the pay will be hard for the school.
