Tarwater who was the starter for Oak Ridge Last year.  Karns also picked up a transfer from Catholic that started on their line last year.  No clue about the previous QB

Miner had the opportunity to stay at OR as DC, but they were not going to hire a guy with no HC experience.  The prevailing line of thinking in OR is that Jeff gets some HC experience and with some measure of success, that opens the door for him to return to OR as HC when the job opens again.  OR fans appreciate Coach Miner and the job he did for us for so long.  If I remember correctly when Jeff played for OR he was a QB/DE. What a combo.
