Maybe mid-season we will be close to top 5. Right now though we have to see how our young defense develops.

Few notes.

Union City very impressive win over Lake County

Tyner impressive win and favored to win the East due to players returning

Westview lost first game to an Improved Dresden team? Repeat? Doubtful

Trousdale even before they have it together normally never loses by mercy rule.

Meigs won a close game against 3A Sweetwater. Is Sweetwater up and or  is Meigs down?

Forrest scores 55 . Unheard of. What are they hiding over there.

Hampton wins a close game against a quality opponent. 

East Robertson returns alot and is athlete loaded? Ready for a run? We will see

Westmoreland most improved team of the region 

Huntingdon loses first game against a quality opponent? Are they as good as last year?

Riverside could be the Dark Horse of the West. Can they take it one more step?

Oneida lost a game against a Kentucky powerhouse from what I understand. How good are they? Can they get past Rockwood?

Marion with an impressive win 

How’d we drop 2 spots today already? I’m not lobbying that we should be top 10 just saying

I agree that Riverside will probably be a contender again this year. I'll even go out on a limb and stir the pot by saying that I think Lewis County could be a sleeper now that they have a new coach. Thoughts?

I can't place us in the top 10 until we beat a top team. That being said we could get mercy ruled by Marion and lose to ER again and still make it to the semifinals based on our schedule and alignment. We are as good as Riverside.                Westview, Huntingdon are down. MAHS has folded. Only wild card in the west is Union City. It's a wild year in the west.

They were sleeping through much of the Community game.

LC struggled last week against a very poor Community team and almost lost. This week they play Fayetteville which will show a bit more about what they have or don't
