Milan won but there were two blatant pass interference incidents at the end that the refs did not call.  Both teams committed a lot of pass interference that were not called.  Those refs did not appear to know what pass interference is and so the DBs on both sides just started being flagrant about it cause they knew the refs would not call it.  Heck of a great game though.  Both teams played their hearts out.

This is one time I’ll agree with you YB lol. There were some big no calls there for sure. But the Tigers just didn’t take care of business and it sent them home with a L. Those two turnovers were killers in this game among some penalties at crucial times. Live and learn.

congrats to Milan on the win.

  • Thanks 1

    • Now that wouldn’t surprise me a bit. That has been going on heavily since the days of Larry Kerr @ AC. One of the major reasons CC has never really had much at all, barring about 2 seasons in football. AC milks it dry.
    • Interesting how quite it is. Rumors are going around that Anderson County is being looked at by TSSAA for recruiting violations with the Campbell County transfers.
    • I heard from a member of the teaching staff that there has been a dispute over use of the game field between football, and girls lacrosse team. Girls had a game and wanted to warm up and football coaches did want to leave. The football coaches came down hard with some bad vulgar language and the girls lacrosse backed down. What a classy act BHS athletics has become.
    • The lawsuit requests a jury trial. Sable Winfree has extremely competent legal representation. FYI - her lawyer represented the Warren County school system for years, and I believe he knows what constitutes a reasonable lawsuit.
