I don’t know when it started, but it’s just an old website, I think. Sometimes you can just refresh your page and it will fix itself, but normally just wait a few seconds and it will load. We have spoiled ourselves with extremely fast-loading websites, videos, etc., but sometimes it hits my nostalgia, realizing how when I was a child it took at least 5-10 minutes for anything to load.
