What happens if your defensive end has his knee covered on 1st down, but doesn't have his knee covered on 2nd down, gets "injured" so whose is at fault? Can't be the player..

Point is, there's too much food the TSSAA is putting on the officials plate on pre-snap stuff, where there is food spilling off the plate, and the TSSAA doesn't know that.
