Westview goes to Huntingdon for 1st Scrimmage

I believe you! I liked what I saw in those scrimmage highlights. Just hope we stay healthy. It’s a long season and we will get better. Mustangs will be fine. Next time I see coach Allen I’m gonna ask him if they are staying in 3A or going down to 2A.

It was a scrimmage dumb —- Huntingdon didn’t even blitz one play and Huntingdon sends  1 or 2 linebackers every play

Well first it was the Qb was 19 then it was yall couldn’t touch the Qb. Then it was we play to fast on offense and if we slow down tempo yall would have won. Now it’s because you didn’t blitz both A gaps. Look it’s over you got embarrassed. You need to move on to worrying about McKenzie. Cause once they see that film and how bad your secondary is they will have a field day too.

First off nobody got embarrassed. Take the no hit me jersey off the qb because Huntingdons qb didn’t have one on. The kid was held back so he would be older than the other kids in his grade. That’s a fact.

Why argue over a scrimmage? A scrimmage! To me that’s like a joint practice. I want to beat Dresden and have a successful season!

Simpson is a stud no doubt but he is a 15 year old kid who hasn't got hit by a 18 year old 200lb plus lineman or linebacker.(he will get hit at some point). What he is will be determined whether he gets up and moves on or starts looking like a freshman. If westview stays 3a I doubt they have the depth to win a state championship in his 4 years. And for beating Dresden you probaly will but don't go pumping your chest your a 3a school who has got beaten by Dresden 8 out of the last ll games you should beat Dresden every year. Dresden is down for sure but we have this every couple years that's 1a football.

Sherdog, Simpson will be fine I can guarantee u that. Our Freshman at Westview tend not to play like freshman. We had 4 Freshman on the All-Region team last year and 1 on the All-State team!! Our young guys are Ballers and our depth will be just fine!!! Westview is going to make some serious noise the next three seasons in 3A!
