NorfWesFan
I would really like to know who you guys think has the best bench players because the starters cant do it all
qwmike
i would definitley have to say antioch cause in the two games i have seen they can go 12 deep any night take out power and speed and bring it right back in off the bench. i mean it all looks the same especially when they play as a team. they are not my favorite high school team mcgavock is but antioch is deep this year shooters, rebounding, defense, and post that can play inside or out. if they listen to their coach they can be a tough team to beat good luck. southpaw24
i get to looking at oaklands bench and wonder how many of those guys would start anywhere else in the district...and has anyone noticed besides me that their freshmen are bigger and may be more talented than the varsity is? gomab2
I agree....sort of.... The Oakland freshman team is loaded, and will be a great class (depending on who leaves next year to Siegel)... but they can't match with the vasity...yet..... The Freshmen do have a frontline of 6'4, 6'6, and 6'7...but they are young....

hegotgame
Lebanon plays 15 every night. They play seniors through sophomores in all the teams. the three diff. teams are pretty balanced but the starting lineup has the 2 dominant scorers. Some nights the blue devils play 20 people but that is a "put em all in" situation. Lebanon keeps fresh players in to keep up the very fast pace of their game. i doubt any team plays 15 people a night and especially with 3 completely different squads. WesVLT
Brentwood Academy essentially has two starting lineups -- that is, 5 or 6 backups could easily start and be effective. Once they recover from football, they will be very effective. It should be fun to watch them today (5:30) against Cumberland County in the Eagle Classic. Guest LB8
The Jets of Cumberland County probably have the deepest bench. When a starter comes out of the game they don't lose anything with three-point specialist Rodney Howard, high-flying Cody Christopher, and Danny Cumby is as quick and as good of a ball handler in the state.
