Lawrence County QB Club finalists were on the front page. The Middle Tennessee player of the year was Steven Jones of Brentwood High. Wow? Seems like its been a quiet year from him in general, which most of the attention going to his teammates, and he wasn't a Mr. Football Finalist. This is a big jump in the category of "Worthless recognition, but its still nice." Congratulations to him, and does anybody know where he is headed next fall?

Steven had a visit at practice the other day from Bobby Bowden, and is being recruited by Miami, UT, Alabama, to mention a few. He will be an early graduate and should probably be an OT in college.
