I think that Cookeville>Cumberland Co. is on of the best that i've ever been apart of .... but i'm curious about the other parts in the state :confused:

The only thing i remember about this game was, after Harding beat them in the region tournament(@ MUS) and the Harding fans stormed the court and started throwing chairs and such, the MUS students started throwing money at the Harding students, that was the turing point of Harding basketball and they have been on the upswing ever since.

Clarksville-Northeast may be the biggest rivarly in this district. Since Rossview has been around they've been big rivals to Northwest and Clarksville high, but mainly in city battle is a rivarly. I think Clarksville-Whites Creek is big when they get together. They havent played lately but when they hook up its usually a brawl.

I think Livingston vs Jackson Co. is a big rivaly in District 7AA. Also, Livingston vs York is a big rivaly

By far the best rivalry in the state is MBA-Father Ryan. Their games are more heated than any in the state. They've been strong rivals for over 75 years now and it shows no signs of slowing down.

this is a rivalry in all of the sports and mc always plays them harder than anyone else

Mccallie-Baylor anything is a huge rivalry. Especcially bball. We fill up their gym whenever we go that the fire marshall has to be there. And when we play at Mccallie it is packed too. Plus even Presdient George Bush heard of Mccallie-Baylor rivalry so that right there tells you it is a huge rivalry. No one in the state even compares.

Cloudland and Unaka has been pretty hot in the past. Last year Cloudland won at home for the first time in a long dry spell. They may not be willing to wait as long again.
