Riverdale beats White Co.

Riverdale won this game 55-47. White Co. led by 1 at the half and still had the lead with about 3 minutes to go. White Co. led at the end of every quarter but the last one. White Co. has definitely played better games this year. Riverdale was an impressive 20 of 21 from the free throw line and was a perfect 17 of 17 with 26 seconds to go. Horton had 15 points for Riverdale. Sophomore Hannah Hacker led White Co. with 21 points.

17 free throws in last 26 seconds is that a record if not should be never heard such 55 to 47 if my math is right then they was 38 why would white county foul???????

Riverdale never missed a free throw until 26 seconds to go in the ballgame. They had made 17 of 17 up until that point. They went on to finish 20 of 21. Is that clearer?

I didn't get to listen to either of the games tonight. What happened? Was Riverdale the better team, or did Sparta just have a bad night? The 8-point deficit is close when you consider how well Riverdals shot their free throws. The game must have been close too. Who played well for Sparta? Hacker obviously did, but who else? I hope this was just a hiccup and Sparta will get back on the winning track this weekend.

Hacker was getting every basket for us, playing a great

game, and for some reason Hess takes her out. Shelbyville

coaching staff was there and couldn't beleive it. Riverdale

scores 6 points before Hacker goes back in. If anybody has

a answer why, please respond.

Hacker played better that she has all year. Lewis had two sprained ankles and you could tell she was hurting but was giving it all she had on defense. The warriorettes will step it up they are to good not to.

on our team. I love all our players, but Hacker has to start

. She can also rebound and help bring the ball down the

floor. With Hacker and Lewis outside shooting, our inside

game will open up.
