Damian Splawn was a senior in 2002 at Clinton, He is now a freshman on the Walters State Baseball team.

Brandon Burchfield from Maryville is a really good center feilder. He can fly.

Brandon Burchfield of Maryville is the best center fielder I have seen. With a 6.7 60, there are not many balls hit to center field that get by him.

The best outfielder at Maryville is Alex Rouse. He is fast, has a great arm and a great glove. He has not made his mark because he is always injured at the start of the season. He was the starting QB before a knee injury before the season.

 

He is the best athlete on the team. The second best athlete is a soph. Andrew Clement.

Daniel Mashburn of Lenoir City is pretty good. He's fast and get's a good jump, very smooth getting under the ball as well. The corner outfielders joke that they only play from their starting position to the lines and Daniel handles the rest. He's a good hitter who is constantly working on his swing, and a good kid to boot.

Ryan Jones is one of the best Centerfeilders in East Tenn. if not the state. And he is just a sophomore. He is very fast and has the ability to put the bat on the ball every time up.

Curtis Million is the fastest player on the team in Meigs County, and also the best hitter. He batted close to .450 last year. It's always a sure out anywhere close to center field. Dont forget about him this year.

Jason Gray of Rutledge is a very good center fielder. He finds ways to set the table on offense and is exceptionally dependable on defense. Also pitches, but center is his home.

Burchfield from Maryville is defintly good. Playin next year with C-N, and hopefully will have a great senior year.
