id like to be the first one to congraulate helton on his speedy return and hopefully our mj bears can stay on track and make a good run in the post season with there team back at full strength pretty much and this only makes the team that much better than they already are with power center shawn sims so the rest of aaa watch out cuz his comes the good ole mj bears

i have to agree that the bears with helton coming back will make that team that much better. he hasnt lost his shooting touch one bit. we tried to keep a secret which we did until the central game got canceled then someone found out he was coming back and wrote an article about him. with helton back watch for sims power downlow which will open up shooting lanes for chris white and josh gay from the wings.

 

the bears didnt do bad in his absence either. 8-7 and 2-3 in district play this team will make a run for one of the top positions in the district
