What about those Columbia Girls. They are really coming along. 3rd Place in the District behind Lawrence County. My how things have changed!!!!

Columbia has to win their last 2 to close out Coffee Co, and hope Coffee loses one of their 3 remaining games. If they end in a tie, it will go to Coffee because they beat Columbia twice. Really Columbia had better hope for 2 loses because one of their 2 games left on the schedule is Shelbyville. Looking at games left between the 2 teams it looks like Coffee will get the 3rd seed because of the tie breaker. I predict both teams will finish with a 6-6 district record.

Alex Fuller did play tonight. She didn't play the entire game because subs played alot of the game. They are still putting ice on the knee after games.

All games tonight and tomorrow night(tuesday) will begin at 7:00pm at the host gym. The semifinals will be in Shelbyville starting at 4:30 on Wednesday.

I don't know any of the columbia girls except for 1. I coached Nancy Moore as a 10, 11, & 12 in AAU. She is without a doubt the best athlete I've ever had the pleasure to coach. good luck in all endeavors Nancy.
