I agree with the top team but I am not sure about Unaka being 2nd. They are a good team but I think Hancock County is better. I think Unaka-Hancock County be an interesting game if the two could play each other. I also agree with the rest of the list but upsets can happen so it will be fun to watch.

The District 1-A tourney and the Region 1-A tourney are both at Milligan College...

 

District 2's tourney is at LMU.

Here is how I see and I know I am going to hear it, but...ask me if I care?? Any team that can play OS to with-in 11pts deserves my top billing in this region:

 

1. Hancock Co

2. Cloudland

3. Unaka

4. Powell Valley

 

And that is how I see the semi-finals playing out at Milligan next week my friends!!

I've seen Hancock Co. play Morristown East (which is down)and they didn't impress me. Besides, all you know about basketball is what your wife tells you!!Ha!

What my wife tells me, Isn't that the truth?? If it wasn't for her I guess my ship would have sunk a long time ago--LOL!! I know one thing--she didn't learn any of it from Johnny Jones down at Roane State, either!!

I don't really think I'll get to watch both Cloudland and Unaka play this season either unless I do it in the 'Buro. I "could be" watching Unaka--depending on whether or not they pull off the upset which they are due over Cloudland play at Harriman, Wartburg, or Oneida--I'm not going to Cosby, but...Hancock will be hosting either Harriman, Wartburg, Oneida, or Cosby.

If Hancock ever decides to play solid D, block off and rebound, they will contend!!!!!! They are definately capable, they just gotta DO IT!!!!!!! Oh, a good mark for you there answer9, thanks for your confidence.
