Who's the team to beat in the Watagua: Central and their band of mighty men, BJ and the rest of the Clones, Summey's Golden Raiders, MoChuck McCloud's Falcons or Sad Holler?

 

Personally I would love to see an 8 way tie at 7-7. Would that be great or what?

How'd you come up with that name (I know it's the coaches names, but what gave you that idea)? That was awesome...keep this thread up at the top. I think that the Cyclones and Raiders will be tough though. Unicoi is always up there (but if there were a down year, this could be it not for sure on them). Happy Valley has been looking good too from what I've been hearing...

My fault, how could I leave out Unicoi and there 19 straight District titles. Let's see, how about Unicoi and their traveling band of rednecks? Don't count out the water tower boy's from Hampton or the Stump sitters in johnson County (if you've been there you've seen the stumps). Did Summey beat DB yesterday?

Who in the world is Sad Holler? If that is Happy Valley, I heard they were loaded. Is that Summey kid from North the one that was so good for them last year?

Summey is a great pitcher.....but he can be easily beat!

The valley, north, unicoi, and central all have great teams and volunteer has potential to be a sleeper team, but watch out for elizabethton cause we finished 2nd in the region last year and are sittin 2-0 conference right now. As for BJ, basketball is over now and we are ready to have him back in the lineup.

I think the down fall of the Happy Valley Warriors is that Lamar Rollins is out of there defensive aspect of the game.I was told he was out because of a tore rotator cuff he substained during football. He is still pinch hittin in #1 spot but is not clearly hitting it like he was last year.I was also told that there infield was all freshman and sophomores??? is this true??
