You seem to be such an expert on coaching, I was just wondering why don't you coach? Because you do such a wonderful job from the stands or the hill or where ever you are during a game. NOT!!!!!!!!! Two years ago at AC??His play calling won the game in the last min. in a year when the def. was suspect all year, Just because you want the old I off. back like your God Gaddis ran does not mean that right now with the athletes that are at O.R. that would be the best for Oak Ridge. A good coach evaluates the tallent on hand and gives that tallent the best opportunity to be successful. As a coach, you can't say that you will always be an I-formation team or a spread offense. You have to adapt your system to your players.
