I agree with boxcar, if there is a game that needs to be won, i would give it to one of those three. I would replace Stanfill for Peironi(spelling??). I saw her pitch in Huntsville, and she did a good job, but i really think stanfill is the better of the two, my personal opinion. Steen will just over power you. If shes on, very few will catch up to her. I watched her pitch in Huntsville as well, and i saw quite a few batters walking back to the dugout, shaking there heads. Any of these three i would choose to pitch in a big game, no doubt about it.

In Huntsville Pieroni was perfect against Lee with 12 Ks in 5 innings and was shutting out Hartselle when she got hurt. I don't see how she could have been any better. I also like Stanfill a lot not only as a pitcher but a hitter and outfielder. Stanfill is one of the top alround players.

The go ahead runner for Hartselle was on 3rd and was called out when she had come up the line to check on the pitcher. Time had been called and the 2 coaches were on the field around her while she was laying on the ground. One of the coaches looked up and told the catcher to throw the runner out. She should have never neen called out with time called and the coaches crouching over home plate.

That would have been the tying run on third. 2-1 after an extremily bad call at the plate to call the runner save at home. Time had not been called and the coaches were not crouched over the pitcher. The coach attempted to call time but it was not granted.

std, I didnt see her pitch against Hartselle. I saw her against Huntsville High. She was impressive, ill give her that. She had alot of offense to help her out as well, including i think 3 homeruns. The one thing that stands out the most about her is that she has a great changeup. Ive never seen anyone with a better changeup. She disguises it very well.

I did see her pitch the first part of the game against Hartselle. She was great. She can relax and do her job because she has a great team around her. Offense and defense. I heard she had 12K's against them in the 6th when she was injured. I seen on another boeard where Rhodes had 18K's against Hartselle in 11 innings, and Steen had 12K's in 5 innings. Way to go ladies. Looking good for Middle Tennessee........

    • They’re building something special there. They have 4 Varsity games scheduled & 5 JV. They are trying for a 5th Varsity game. Beat them now because they will be good in the future. They are building a football field there I think but the rich pricks of Farragut won’t let them get lights so they are possibly looking at property to build a stadium & field with lights
