Who is the best player in Tennessee?

Marty Wallace from Hickman Co. is probably the best I have seen in a while. He brings power, speed, and finess to the game. Out of 24 games, he has had a hit in 23 of them. I saw him hit a HR opposite field over the right centers 345 sign in Brentwood. He has gotten on base everygame, and that is what a leadoff man is supposed to do. his average is floating around the .398 mark. This guy gets my vote.

Courtney English from Columbia Central is a outstanding leadoff batter. His can give you everything from power to laying down a bunt to just hitting a ground ball and beating it out. He has reached base every game he has played this season and has a .535 batting average. He also shows good leadership and gives 110 percent every game. He is someone to watch!

Ross Myers from Forrest is a great leadoff hitter. He has speed and can also switch hit.

Britton Stansell from Baylor.. he's a junoir and he is outstanding! he has an OBP of .684 and is 18 of 19 in the stole base department.. great speed and an aggressive baserunner

Harrison Eldridge (sorry if the spelling is wrong) is the ideal leadoff hitter. This man gets on base more often than not. Whether it be walk or hit, you usually see him on base. Plus, he has the home run capabilities. Keep up the good work.

David Patterson of Beech is one of the best in this state. Hitting around .390, 41 hits, and 33/35 in steals. Runs well and is an excellent defensive player.

Austin Everson Brentwood... he has 9 Homers this year, so if u want to talk ab power in the lead off spot u got it... because of his power teams pitch around him in the lead off spot so he has a lot of walks... he also has speed- 4.6 40 i think

Curtis Million for Meigs has it all.....speed, power, and a very powerful arm. He is a great lead off and a great center fielder.

Brentwood Academy's Hunter Mize is batting over .400 this year and his OBP has to be well over .500. He's been an outstanding contributor to BA's success this year.
