Class 2A Region 5 Future

Region 5 is usually represented by Lewis Co. deep into the playoffs, but next year what will be the most likely playoff hopefuls, and what teams are on the rise?

Cheatham Co. is not a bad team. They may upset some of the usual top teams in that region. I still feel Lewis Co is the team to beat in that region. Waverly, Fairview, Harpeth, and Cheatham will fight it out for the other top spots.

It's possible that it could end up:

Lewis Co

Cheatham Co.

Waverly

Fairview

as the top 4 teams in that region next year.

UMM...... I dunno, I saw there schedule of last year and they even got beaten by Harpeth , and Harpeth was the second weekest team in the region.

It doesn't matter who wins Region 5, Mckenzie puts all of those teams out every year anyways. Ya'll should just join a different Region and give the Region 5 title to Mckenzie every year because we always put ya'll out.

We don't feel pickled when we win. Ya'll wouldn't know though. And I am sure your field wouldn't in real good shape after alot of rain like that. Ya'll don't get mad because you can't win in Mckenzie.

McKenzie, you may beat regin 5 every year but you are always sitting with us in the stands watching the stat championship game. so dont come talk smack to us until you get there. It was a fluke you beat Fairview this year, and you field is in horrible condition. But i KNow the Jackets are working hard and if they get the chance they are going to beat you guys because you dont get lucky three times.

the only reason mckenzie even made it past the 3rd round this year is because of two games where yall got lucky......you barely beat fairview...and the only thing that kept lewis county from winning was a dropped interception...but its hard to get lucky three times in a row.......look for us in the playoffs next year..if you make it
