Anybody know what happened to goodpasture's pitche

I heard she broke her leg in a game yesterday. If that is true i jus wanted to say that that is awful and my thoughts are with her. I had an injury last year in the very first game of the region tourney @ CA. It sucks to be out for a while. Hang in there girl!

The injury came at the Huntsville tourney a few weeks ago. She continued to play with the broke bone for a week and half then had it x-rayed. A horrible injury to the best player in the state.

Mynamesis, I spoke with the Goodpasture coach on Wednesday and he said IF they can make it to state, she may be able to play. That is a BIG if.

Strikethree, The chances are not good that she will play any more this year from what I hear.

Unless Goodpasture has John Coffee from "The Green Mile" on the payroll, she's done for the season and probably most of the summer.

From what I can tell you don't know the REAL DANIELLE PIERONI She will be back and STRONGER than ever before. As far as John Coffee "Green Mile" Danielle has fans ALL over Tennessee that are praying for her quick recovery and that is much better. Her season is FAR from over. Anyone that can play 9 games on a broken leg you know is not down for the count. C'mon be real.............she's a trooper and nothing short of AMAZING!!!!!!

danielle is tough and ive been around her a while at school and i know she will bounce back. if not at least we can count on those bats! they'll be fine. go cougars!

strikethree, I truly hope Goodpasture goes all the way. It is very difficult to win with young pitching, even with a great team behind her. Look at last year, you guys should have won state last year and you got knocked out. If you can get there and win it all, this will show me real team effort. Good luck and the best to D.P.
