Battle Ground Academy defeated Middle Tennessee Christian School 3-1 Saturday in a relatively close game. Though MTCS outhit BGA for the first 5 innings and held a 1-0 lead after 4, the Wildcats sprang back and capitalized upon lackluster fielding with some sharp hits, putting up 3 unanswered runs to win the game. BGA plays at Brentwood Academy on Monday @4:30 PM.

BigRed, that kid is a sophmore if it's matt lea that you're talking about and he hurt his arm pitching against us. i havent heard anything beyond that it was elbow pain but i have heard that he is not pitching in the district tourney.

You're too nice WesVols. The kid from MTCHS was so erratic, he had BGA hitters

swinging at bad pitches. They were also way ahead of him and fouling off a lot

of pitches.

 

Don't forget the "Venezuelan Sensation"........had an average game.

 

 

I hope they were saving it for Monday.
