UVA CAPTURES LACROSSE NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP

UVA beat JHU today to capture the NCAA lacrosse national championship. i dont know anything about lacrosse, but i know that they have to fling a lil ball into nets. i figured that its a sport, and since it uses a ball and they throw it, baseball is the closest realated sport on these boards to it. so, there u have it.

yea it was a good game. i dont care if they care or not...i was reporting it....but ur right, it was a great game. it was close and it was anybody's game all the way up until the end

i play lacrosse and it is much more than throwing a ball into a net, it takes a lot of skill and talent to play and the game was incredible but i wish they had a random board here or a lacrosse board to post stuff about lacrosse on thatd be cool anyways i know its baseball and congrats to farragut and whatever teams won state

Lacrosse is a fun sport to watch. It is like baseball because you have to catch and throw a ball it is like soccer because you are scoring in a net, it is also like football because of the contact. You have to be an all round athlete to be good. Memphis is slowing coming into the game with several teams now forming in our schools.
