We (Catholic) play them this week and I was wondering what people knew about them.

Just bumpin' because I would like to know everyone's thoughts on this as well...

Hampton had a tough time against Cloudland, but their QB was pretty limited; usually he is a threat to run or throw, but he had a sprained ankle and probably shouldn't have played. pretty big line, question mark in the back-field, but a junior, cody walsh came out of nowhere to turn in some big runs. Hampton should get better, but I'm not sure what to expect out of them friday night. If they iron out some wrinkles, it could be a good game. The defense looked good at times against cloudland, unless Byrd had the ball. Made alot of stupid mistakes that took the air out of them, or it may have been a close game. How about catholic? I thought G-Pitt would give you guys a good game, but it wasn't all that close.

We played well. The biggest thing for us was our defence. We played for physical as well. We had a good game rushing, but we had some stupid mistakes. We had I think two touchdowns called back. But we are going to have to get better and better to play with teams like BGA, Father Ryan, etc... we are looking forward to this Friday. Do you guys get a lot of fans up there?

Pretty good for upper east tenn. Just had new concrete bleachers put in, it would be pretty cool to see them full. The field looks to be in great condition. The Dawgs had a bye week so hopefully Morton's ankle is better. The weather-man is calling for a slight cooling trend this weekend with no rain, should be a great night for football.

It is definitely going to be a tough chore for the 'Dogs Friday night. They are going to have to play one of their better games to have a chance. Catholic looks to be pretty tough. Catholic should have scheduled Cloudland. Now that would be a good matchup. Hopefully, win or lose, the 'Dogs will play well and get ready for the upcoming conference schedule.
