pkcoach
Great kicking at Oak Ridge High School!! In the first two games of the season Danny Horwedel has put 13 of 15 kickoffs into or out of the zone with great hang time. Oak Ridge has only punted twice, but Danny is averaging 46 yards per punt. Danny is 2-0 on field goals with kicks of 23 and 38 yards. Coach Lussier said that in a practice game Danny missed a 59 yard field goal by about one foot left of the post with plenty of distance. faninthestand
David Defatta is averaging in the upper 40's on Punts, with usually zero return yards due to hang time. He is 14 for 16 in extra points. David Campbell is 2 of 2 on Field Goals - 46 and 41 yards. (hit a 62 yarder in practice, and 3 of 6 from 60 same day) He is 17 of 21 on Kick offs going in and out of the end zone. On the 4 left in play, average start for the opposition is the 19 yard line. Both play for Franklin High and are Juniors. More products of Williamson County Soccer. Edited September 7, 2003 by faninthestand
FHSrebel27
Those two guys are decent, I guess... No, in all seriousness, I'm going to say it again. I spent a lot of time watching John Vaughn and Kody Bliss over at BA. These two FHS guys are just a notch below them which says a lot. chskicker7
Centennial's Adam Berkowicz and Jordan Owen are 9-9 on XP's, Berkowicz has a 23 yd FG and Owen has a 34, not a lot of touchbacks, but Berkowicz was injured when he kicked and hit them to the 5, and Owen, in the last two games, has done great. Not quite Defatta and Cambell, but were getting there

GoGreenwave
I think Horwedel is impressive because he does the punting, field goals, and the kickoffs and he's good at all three. He continues to improve, and definitely has D-1 potentional.
